On October 22, 2014 (UT) the Orionids meteor shower was observed from Terra del Sol, CA. in the company of Bob Lunsford (AMS). Throughout the evening 3 separate meteor showers were observed; Southern Taurids (STA), Leonis Minorids (LMI) (6 Observed), and Orionids (ORI). Along with sporadic, by my count a total of 69 meteors were observed from 00:00 - 05:30 local time (PDST). Several additional sporadic were seen from 22:00 to 23:45 but were not documented. A majority on meteors observed from the 3 showers (including sporadic) ranged from 2d to 4th magnitude with a half dozen from 0 to -1 magnitude intermixed.
One fireball was observed by Bob's estimate at -8 traveling from northeast to southwest and leaving a train visible for almost 6 minutes.
