I was traveling north on the 405. The bright light appeared and I assumed it was and airplane. It was over the Seal Beach naval base where there has been a lot of air traffic lately. As I drove on the light intensified and traveled and a fast pace. Everyone on the freeway seemed to see the same thing as eve du one started to break abruptly. The light traveled from east to west at a fast pace. Then suddenly started to "drop" downward and turned an immensely bright color green. By this time. The freeway had almost came to a stop as we all stared in amazement. I was expecting to hear a pop or explosion. And wondered if it hit the earth. It seemed that close. With was and everything was a bit freaked out that it could have been a missile since I've never seen anything like it. Ice watched meteor showers and studies planets and know the difference between satellites and stars. I have ever seen anything in the sky act in such a way. Hoping there's answers
