It was a white bolide that had a steady trail behind it by about .5 degrees. No fragmentation. It was perfectly horizontal to the horizon travelling from ~Draco through ~Hercules. It lasted about 3.5 seconds and grew brighter by the end, then just faded out. No fragmentaion.
