I was in a group of 16 people on a bat walk at middleton lakes. Noone in the group thought it was a firework but the conversation about it did not continue as people were looking for bats.

It looked like bright fragments started to break away as it got brighter, (almost like a firework but not the same) then it seemed to vanish / burn out in the sky
