The fireball was white and very bright. There was a boom about 30 seconds after the fireball disappeared. Although it is unlikely the sound and the fireball were connected, I thought it is worth noting.

The fireball had a green/blue color. The train was mostly white with a blue glow. The sky was slightly hazy. The sky was still dark blue before night.
