Remarks Fireball suddenly appeared travelling almost due west. (Checked with compass soon after sighting.) Angle up to visible flight-line estimated as approx 30 degree. Flight-line of fireball appeared to slightly downwards. View of end of flight blocked by next door building. I ran forward to follow direction of fireball flight but it was no longer visible. My impression was that it was large and low. It looked like it was burning up. No sounds were heard, nor were any subsequent trail or fragments visible to me. I was looking approx Southwest for SpaceX flyover following launch earlier tonight. I was surprised to see large (flaming ?) object suddenly appear travelling opposite way to expected SpaceX direction of travel. Visibility; clear evening, bright half moon, only about 3 stars visible.
