I can't say for sure where I was when the event occurred but I was traveling west on I-70 in Eastern Ohio. My best guess is I was within a few miles of where I put the pin.

Remarks
Broken up trail of white smoke that was illuminated by the sun after the sun had set on the ground and lower altitude clouds. Lasted for several minutes and appeared to be blown around by the wind. I saw the fireball while driving towards the direction it was seen, and the trail became noticeably higher in the sky as I continued to drive in that direction.
