Reports Report 4848az (Event 4848-2019)

Observer
Name Ken P
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks I was really in awe of the time it was in the sky. Plenty of time to tell the other 2 people to look and make comments. Meteors I’ve seen in the past may have lasted a second to at the most 3. This had to have been over 5 probably around 7 or 8. This is the first time I’ve seen a smoke trail left behind. If I remember right, there were 3 sections of smoke that stayed around for quite awhile. Thinking back, the meteor flashed a few times as it streaked across the sky and these smoke trails coincided with those flashes as well as color change.
