It started west-northwest of my location and finished east-southeast of my location. I feel the track on your map is a little farther north than it really was. The trajectory looked as though it finished farther south, say the southeast corner of Iowa. My observation of course.

At roughly 30 degrees above horizon I seen one piece separate to what appeared to my left looking at it after it had passed overhead, so looking east the fragment separated on the north facing edge.
