Reports Report 3923q (Event 3923-2017)

Observer
Name Christopher B
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks I saw this at a stargazing session at the Pisgah Astronomical Research Institute. When it first appeared in the sky, everything was illuminated, as if a bright flashlight or car headlight had been turned on immediately near me. Many other astronomers around me (some expert/professional) noticed the object as well. I may have not gotten the time perfect. It was between 9:20 and 9:45.
