This is an "Echoes" software automatic screenshot, received via a NESDR Smart Dongle, fed by antenna in attic, located approximately 60-miles North of Indianapolis, IN. "Echoes" software runs 24/7 on PC. NESDR Smart dongle is tuned near the 82.310 MHz "Pilot" carrier for Dodge City, Kansas KBSD TV channel 6 (82.30945 MHz). Antenna is omni-directional, which allows for 360-deg event captures.
