Remarks | The Meteor was bright enough to wake me from sleep, the glow of the train persisted at about 1/2 to 2/3's of that magnitude, and faded from view from as high as my view from my bedroom window, traveling nearly vertical to the Horizon. It went behind Mt Evans which is due south of my home at 2 miles high on the East Flank of James Peak |
