Reports Report 3946g (Event 3946-2016)

Observer

Experience Level 1/5
Remarks It was really cool and definitely much, much larger than anything I seen fall from the sky before. Unfortunately my view was impeded when it passed below a tree line in front of me. It was very bright and had a distinct trail behind. It looked like a white yellowish fireball to me. It was fast but at same time seemed much slower than a typical shooting star. There was still a glow in background from setting sun but very spectacular showing as it entered view plane. Looked like it would fall in ocean based on my position right on edge of north east coast of Newfoundland. Please keep me posted. I just learned of your site now so hope this corroborates other reports and data so far. Angles and such are estimate but have tried to be as accurate as possible. This was cool!
