Reports Report 3903uq (Event 3903-2016)

Observer
Name Charles S
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks Seemed very close. As though it could strike within a mile or so. So bright I thought it could be a flair but burned out quickly. Quarry operates in the area so that might still be a possibility.
