I saw this rougly at 12:40 and it appeared to be over the water. One thing for sure was the tail was very green and incredible.

The trail was very green, nothing like I\'ve ever seen before. I was driving and stopped on a back road. It lasted 2-3 seconds then a bright flash. I really didn\'t hear any sound associated with it and it seemed mostly do be falling downward. I didn\'t see the object in front of the trail.
