I saw a flaming blue ball flying across the sky. It appeared to be turning with a blue white fringe toward the back. It disappeared as though someone blew out a flaming match but there was no smoke or tail except for the blue white fringe toward the back of it, much like relatively short hair blown back on the head in a strong wind.
