I don't believe it was a falling star because it was way to big very bright and had visible tail. I drove around with my kids after to see if we could find a landing site but with all the snow and it being dark out we couldn't find anything.

Remarks
What I saw was fast and really bright white. Bright enough to get my attention when I was on my front porch. The train was white with redish glow. Looked like it disapeared behind some trees behind a visual house with a light on!
