I was driving in my car on the highway and was on a hill at the time, so I wasn't sure how to explain the degree above the horizon where I saw the fireball. It was pretty high above the city. I thought at first I was looking at a headlight but then noticed it was green and would be up in the trees. That's when I noticed the green blaze and faded trail of light behind it. It was really bright and seemed to have gotten brighter before it faded out completely. Incredible sight!
