| Remarks | I have seen several meteor showers ("shooting stars") in the past, which I thought were spectacular at the time, but this was completely unreal- so bright, large, orange, and felt close. At first I was concerned there was a plane crashing or some type of bomb/large explosive falling from the sky. I almost thought I was hallucinating. I happened to be driving on the highway in tow with a friend in another car. She texted me as soon as we got home, as she was just as amazed as I was. I was glad I hadn't imagined it! Quite spectacular! |
