| Remarks | I was driving my semi and noticed the bright ball with a tail. It was moving much slower then the average fireballs I have seen in the past. Unfortuanley, while driving, trees obscured the rest of the event voiding any other visual of the object other then the flash it gave off towards the south. I read a few other reports on twitter which came up right after my tweet of a similar fireball as far south as North Carolina and could be seen in the Virginias. My opinion is it wasnt the same |
