Remarks Watched it develop a bright train, this faded, and left a glow which lasted several additional seconds.
Terminal flash
Observation Yes
Remarks Reflected off the back step. Looked like a flash of lightening in its reflection. I glanced up to witness the fireball as it traveled straight downward. I saw the terminal flash in reflection only, not directly. For clarification: "Terminal" says to me the termination of something. By this definition I did NOT see the ending of the event. HOWEVER - there WAS a very bright flash at the beginning of the event. The details I have provided above relate to the beginning of the event.
