Remarks | Due to the fact that I was driving and the fireball was to my left, I did not get to pay close attention to it. In fact, because it was SO big and bright with colorful green flashes, I quickly dismissed it as a leftover firework display. (Although, the flashing in the sky as I turned away from it was strange...) The next day, a friend of mine told me about a possible bolide sighting at right around the same time I was driving and saw what I had mistaken as a firework. Due to the coinciding time and area of the sky, I believe I saw the same fireball. |

Remarks | Since I was driving at the time, I couldn\'t keep my eyes on it as it was now over my left shoulder. (I was headed Eastbound on I-10.) As I turned my head back to forward, I noticed the sky lighting up with quick flashes. |
