Wife and I saw it while traveling westbound on I-90 from Ellensburg to Cle Ellum a hair before Midnight. Moving roughly south to north in the western sky and about 5-10 degrees above the horizon and parallel to it it was visible for a full 5 seconds or more. It was very bright and had a slight trail.
