Reports Report 3216o (Event 3216-2016)

Observer
Name John C
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks It was silent, beautiful, colorful, breathtaking, and extremely close. We thought we would see or hear it hit something but it kept "floating" away. Seemed like it was only a few hundred yards away at first sight. Heading towards highway 26.
