I was driving south on I-5 appx 9:15 (give or take 10 min- I wasn't paying close attention to the time) and this bright light to my upper right caught my eye- it was clearly a meteor and much larger than those seen during typical meteor showers. The fireball was clearly visible for a second, and a dissipating trail of speckled light lasted for a second after that.
