I was driving on the Merritt Parkway south when it occurred. There must have been other drivers who saw it as it was directly in our field of vision.

Remarks
It had a white train that had a flash at the end. I thought it may have been a firecracker but it looked too singular and there was no sound that I heard.
Terminal flash
Observation
Yes
Remarks
It flashed bright at the end. It was so quick. I was driving south bound on the Merritt Parkway. It seemed to explode but then it was gone.
