Approximately 5 minutes after seeing the fireball I also saw a shooting star: colorless, much farther away, and extinguished almost immediately after I saw it.

Appeared to be a short glowing trail followed by a much longer smoke trail. The whole thing disappeared shortly after the fireball extinguished.
