Reports Report 2667ac (Event 2667-2016)

Observer
Name Heather N
Experience Level 4/5
Remarks It was remarkable. I thought instantly of the Chesylnik meteor because of the bright green color and the explosion. My head was turned east because I was watching for the Delta Aquarids, but I happened to turn south just in time to see the fireball streak for just a second before it exploded. We have rolling hills in the palouse, but it exploded right before it would have been hidden behind a hill. I will never forget it

Remarks There didn't seem to be too long of a tail. It wasn't like an earth Frazer tail it was as if it went out almost instantly and perhaps even turned a dull red before disappearing.
Terminal flash
Observation Yes
Remarks It exploded. It was amazing. It seemed to explode from the center of the green ball. It happened so fast, but I know there were some other colors like orange when it exploded.
Fragmentation
Observation Yes
Remarks It looked as if it was a fiery green dinosaur egg having an exploding hatch. Pieces flew equally in all directions.
