My husband and I both observed this sighting. It was a beautiful turquoise color and we were surprised to see something that spectacular in the city skies. Our backyard overlooks a golf course toward a medical center...with ambient lighting all around us. We are estimating the time of sighting to be between 9:30 and 10:00 pm on July 30, 2016.
