| Remarks | I saw this tonight (12/29/2010) in southeastern PA around 8:30 PM EST. I happened to glance up to the NW, and saw a bright white ball with a short tail dropping out of the sky. It appeared to be descending at a steep angle, almost straight down, but slightly eastward. It lasted 4 or 5 seconds before I lost sight of it behind a hill. |
