| Remarks | My choices of degrees for start and finish points is approximate: If it's of any use alongside the other locational info, this fireball (if indeed it was such) passed directly beneath Mars as seen from here (just a degree of elevation lower )which was very bright and red last night and rendered Mars invisible for a second or two by it's brightness. Wonder if the very very bright pale green observed was influenced by the red? Also within the section on brightness I may have erred to the cautious side, being no expert I didn't wan't to exaggerate; though this was to a shooting star what a big paintbrush mark is to a technical pen stroke and passing right beneath Mars the trail's width was in the order of 4+ times the diameter. The night was crystal clear and we were outdoors and it was in our field of vision beginning to end. |

| Observation | Yes |
| Remarks | Couldn't say there was a flash per se, meteor fireball initial sight at lightning/ retina burn bright, you could have seen it with your eyes closed, then it was there for a few seconds and then gone, Quite abruptly, no fade of the lead object. Fragmentation seen was in the train not as an impact looking event at the front. |
