Reports Report 2240l (Event 2240-2016)

Remarks My son and I were fishing facing North with a high river bank in front of us. A very bright light lit the whole side of the river bank we were facing. We thought someone was shining a flash light at us. We quickly turned to the south and saw a green/blue/white light streaking from the east to the west. The light was low in the sky and we only saw it for maybe a second. It had to last 2-3 seconds for us to react, turn around, and still see the streaking light. We thought someone had shot a roman candle but there was no sound, no other lights, and at an angle not associated with a roman candle. I've searched news articles to see if there were any other reports but have found nothing. The time I listed is approximate since we did not have a watch with us at the time.
