Remarks | Time is approximate. I was standing facing due south and while there are sometimes fireworks in SE Washington DC from the ballpark, this was in the wrong direction, and only a single silent green/blue sparkly ball like a small firework descending after the burst, lasting perhaps 2 seconds. |
