Reports Report 2028h (Event 2028-2016)

Observer
Name Martin C
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks It probably lasted about 3-4 seconds from the time I seen it, until it disappeared. I saw it out of the corner of my eye before I focused on it, so it was slow enough for me to turn my head, look at it, point and say "what's that" and 3 others turned and seen it as well.
