Persistent train
Observation Yes
Duration -
Length -
Remarks No glowing train, but very soon a lingering vertical 'smoke' line that glowed dimly without aid (binocular) in the dark. As sunrise progressed, train of smoke glowed with sunrise colors ranging from golden/orange to white/blue, seemed to have repeated 'smoke rings' at lower altitude until uppermost train was sheared west in lines by winds, with lower elevation rings remaining closer to vertical line of origin.
Terminal flash
Observation No
Remarks The two brightest flashes occurred at the uppermost altitude upon entering the atmosphere, then dimmed, then brightened up again remaining extremely bright/wide with 'embers' on edges until it reached lowest altitude and vanished. Duration of the large 'train' behind the head was quite wide (widest I've ever seen) with total brightness brighter than I've ever seen. Searing effect to the vision which required eye 'recovery' as it was so bright.
Fragmentation
Observation Yes
Remarks small jets/ember like extending out from both sides of the main shaft of brightly lit tail for short duration
