Remarks IT WAS THE COOLEST THING I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE... I love space and I love to learn about it. I am 110% sure of what I saw and my friend can corroborate. It was not a shooting star because it wasn't far away. It was a meteorite, maybe 7-12 inches wide and it was extremely close to hitting the ground/the 7-11 it was over. It only burned up about 10 feet from the tree line.

Remarks it came soaring towards earth when i first saw it and burned up right before it hit the trees, VERY VERY CLOSE, so close i could see the shape and size of the "rock"?, my friend and i thought the world was ending!!! it looked to be about 10-15 feet above the trees when it burned and the ashes kind of just fell down everywhere. the trail was bright and looked like fire and when it burned out looked kind of smokey against the blueish sky then it was gone
