Remarks | Because this took place over a month ago, I am not completely certain about the time. I believe it was either 7:15 pm, 8:15 pm, or 9:15 pm. But I cannot say for sure. I do know for certain that it was on March 3 and the sky was dark and there were no clouds. I also would like to add that the fireball was very large, nearly the size of a full moon. The tail was also extremely bright and almost as bright as the ball itself. The fireball traveled across the entire distance of the sky and I had turned 180 degrees when it broke up and disappeared. I was already looking at the sky when I saw the fireball and saw the light emerge, move all the way across the sky, and then break into fragments on the opposite end of the sky. |

Remarks | After it traveled across the sky the object broke up into several pieces ( 5 or more) that were bright and still glowing. The fragments lasted 1 to 2 seconds and then went dark and disappeared. |
