| Remarks | I'm a security guard. I just began a 12 hour shift--very alert, sober, I had a busy night. At 9:50 p.m. I was standing facing south on a balcony looking at the Los Angeles skyscrapers. Third floor. Clear sky, almost a full moon. I saw this unbelievably beautiful ball--psychedelic, day-glo, HUGE. It suddenly appeared right over the 101 freeway very close to some buildings, very low. Not at all like a shooting star; it looked like it was the size of a golf ball against the buildings. A very slow arc, it looked like a slowly lobbed sideways pitch. Enormous, a sphere with pastel green and acetylene white light pulsating within it . Similar effect is the time machine ball in Terminator movies. It suddenly seemed to appear in mid-air (night sky) and went black after 3-4 seconds. |
