Remarks | I was standing out back with the dog and gazing up at how bright the stars were, Jupiter and Leo apparently, when FLASH! The streak was so very very bright, and large like a car. So fast and unexpected. It seemed so extremely close, like right here! I watched it fall through the thin line of bare trees and thought it would go down across the street, but as suddenly as it appeared it disappeared over the hill. Silence. So much happening and silence. So fantastically bizarre! I thought of John Travolta in the movie Phenomenon, but I am not a genius today, so I'm guessing it was a fireball. |
