Remarks | It was the second largest meteor I've seen in my lifetime but the first bright green one I've ever witnessed. The biggest meteor I've observed was about 12 miles northeast of this one, off the highway 46 East, headed in the same direction, except it was bright orange and much larger and lasted 4 times as long. That was back in the summer of 1992 or 1993. |
