| Remarks | I've seen shooting stars before and I enjoy reading about the moon, the stars and the sky. I'm a little knowledgeable about space but not more than your average person. With this being said, I can firmly and accurately state that I am certain of what I saw without a shred of doubt. I feel and believe that it was an asteroid or meteor. I think more asteroid as the line seemed quite long and thick. I was mesmerized for those few seconds. It was absolutely bright and beautiful |

| Remarks | It was the most amazing thing I've seen. It looked like one of those fighting objects from Star Wars when it lights up and then closes. It came and went like a lighting bolt, lasting very few seconds. A little longer than a shooting star. Yet it was incredibly bright, with fire red/orange some kind of neon white with. Hint of blue. It shot into the sky. I was driving north and I looked over to my left as I wanted to change lanes and I saw it! It felt and looked so close to the ground but then it suddenly disappeared leaving a millisecond of trail behind it. And then it was as if the sky returned to its normal state. |
