I know it was not a shooting star. It seemed very close, like a mile or two away and was huge and much slower than a shooting star. It got bigger and bigger the closer it seemed. I think it had a tail and then disappeared.

It was solid and then broke up at the end. I didn't see fragmentation fall. But it was more than a disappearing light.
