I was riding in the car. Was the passenger in the back seat of a Prius going east on Rt 16 early in the am. Saw it at the very top of the windshield. Slight arc upward but it all fit within the field of vision of the center of the windshield but under the mirror. I've only seen one other like this about 8 years ago at roughly this same time of year. Would love for someone to confirm it. The driver also saw it but thought it was his imagination. Other drivers were around, too.
