Remarks It was close enough I thought I might see it on the ground. I work in a prison and it would have been say 1/4 or 1/2 mile off the property. It looked that close and was that low.

Remarks It was night time. The green ball appeared and left a trail for say 5 seconds. It appeared just over the top of a single story building. Using the fist measurement. I would say 50 degrees over the top. Ending maybe, 30 degrees over the top of the building.
