Remarks I think it's important to know I was moving (northerly toward the end of the cul-de-sac) when I first saw the object. I was in my car with the radio on (so don't know if there was sound with the object). I was moving slowly toward my driveway when I saw a bright, white light (like that of a single car headlight) a few feet above the rooftops of my and my neighbor's house. At first I thought it was a reflection on the windows but then realized it was higher than the trees and houses. It disappeared behind the houses so I pulled up in my car to look in between the houses. There was no sign of it. Not really sure what I saw but, since it appeared so close and bright, I almost expected a firecracker boom. But, since it was heading straight now, it was baffling. I hope this is helpful rather than "noise" type data. Thanks.
