Reports Report 1879n (Event 1879-2015)

Observer
Name Catherine C
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks The fireball seemed very close since it was very wide in diameter.Since I was sitting on the edge of a covered porch, I first observed it overhead and slightly to the right. It remained the same large size from my first sight until it ended its flight.I am not certain of the time but guessed. Thunder had been softly rumbling at a distant in the north last night.I have never seen anything near this bright before.
