| Remarks | I do not know the exact time I saw this, the time I gave was a rough estimate. I'm more interested to know if anyone else witnessed the same thing. I have never seen anything like it, my initial thought was "wow that's a low flying meteor." It was bright, moved incredibly fast, and appeared to be going even faster since it came from behind me and was heading exactly the same direction I was. It was gone in a second or less. After doing research on the internet I came across this site and I am confident that what I witnessed was indeed a fireball, however my details may be a little off. Like I said, it was VERY brief and somewhat startling- I have NEVER seen such a thing |
