| Remarks | This is by far the longest and brightest fireball that I have seen yet. Heard reports from friends who saw it in the southern sky from Vermont. So it was somewhere between us. Wasn't expecting to see any meteors that evening, certainly not with the moon only a few days until full, which was shining brightly in the southeast at the same height as the meteor when it first appeared. |

| Remarks | It sparked/frayed at the edges of the bright white fiery stream of light. Gave a distinct feeling of parts flinging off, but it only visible at the egde of a rock ledge so it is unclear if any pieces completely broke off before fizzling out at the edge. |
