Remarks It appeared to be above the low lying clouds then quickly became clearer as it transcended the sky. It was green, glowing but appeared like it was on fire. Like a lit sparkler. It appeared to be putting itself out right before I lost sight of it falling to the horizon of the forest. Like a very large single firework. Fabulous! Never saw anything so close. Have seen meteor showers but this was in the sky overhead. If it stayed lit longer I would probably would have seen it hit the ground. Had enough time to tell my daughter to look at it. Used social media to see if anyone else saw it. No responses. I hope to hear back from you!! I am Janan Loomis email address jloomis2@echoes.net.
