Reports Report 664b (Event 664-2015)

Observer
Name Patrick D
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks The object was clearly burning (was on fire) but had very little tail trailing behind it; almost no tail at all. The object was a relatively large and round sphere, especially considering that I heard no sound, either concurrent or delayed and saw no impact flash. I caught it out of the right corner of my eye as I faced toward the south, and then I immediately looked directly at it for the next couple of seconds (approximately 2.5 to 3 seconds) as it descended. It remained whole until it disappeared below some trees above the horizon and was on a trajectory that I believe would have impacted ground.
